Creating your first App

Stacker lets you create beautiful, user-friendly apps powered by your data.

The interface is customizable and can be tailored to your workflow. Control the data that is pulled into Stacker, how it is presented, and how your users can interact with it.

How to create your first App

Once you have signed up to Stacker and followed the onscreen instructions, you will have your first app.

Depending on the data source you have chosen during the signup, your app should look something like this.

Follow the getting started guide in the lower right to:

• Design a page
• Configure permissions
• Preview your app

Rename app

If you have decided not to use the initial name you entered when signing up you can always change this.

1. Click   App Settings
2. Click General
3. Expand Rename your app
4. Enter a new name

This will change the name of your app; if you want to change the name of your workspace, you need to do this in Workspace Settings.

Change app URL

Your app URL is created by using the workspace name and the app name; if you have updated the name of your app, you may also want to update the URL as well.

1. Click   App Settings
2. Click General
3. Expand Change your URL
4. Enter a new app URL

This will change the URL of your app, if you want to change the URL if your workspace you need to do this in Workspace Settings.
