Card

The Card layout shows each record as a separate card. Cards are most useful when you want to combine an image with data, for example, a team directory or property listings.

In our property management app, the card layout lets our app users quickly see what each property looks like, and what it offers.

You can set how many cards you want to show per page or allow the app users to change the page size.

Rows

Rows show each record in a separate row with an image and a large text field of your choice. This layout is most useful if you have mostly short bits of information. For example, a list of players on a football team, with data like their position, date of birth, and salary.

You can set how many rows you want to show per page or allow the app users to change the page size.

Kanban Board

The Kanban Board shows your data in columns organized by status. This layout is most useful if you need to manage or visualize your workflow, for example, a to-do list, or project management. You can drag and drop records between columns to update their status.

In our property management app, we use the Kanban Board to quickly see and change the status of the properties we're selling.

To set up the Kanban Board, choose the "status" field. This field needs to be a dropdown type field. By default, all the dropdown options in the status field are columns. You can choose which status options to show from the dropdown.

Table

The Table layout shows your data in a table format. This layout is most useful when you need to see and compare field values of different records, for example, a list of job prospects with their email and interview date and time.

In our property management app, we could use the table layout to see which properties are for sale, and which are for letting.

One Record Only

One Record Only shows the Detail layout for the user's record. This layout is useful for showing users their profile, or as a home/welcome page for your app.

In our property management app, we use it to show our sales agents their profiles and the properties they're attached to.

Inbox

The Inbox layout shows all records in a sidebar while showing the Detail layout of a selected record. This allows you to see both the List layout and the Detail layout at once. Inbox view is most useful when you need to be able to browse records and see all details quickly.

In our property management app, we use the inbox layout to show a list of clients to our sales team.

Calendar

A Calendar layout shows all of your events using a Date or Date and Time field.

In our property management app, we have used the calendar layout to display the property viewings for our sales team.
