List: Show, Hide, and Reorder Fields

Who can use this feature?

👤  Available on all plans.

You can choose the information you would like to show to your users in your List layout. You can also reorder the fields to show the most important fields first.

Show and Hide Fields

  1. Click   Edit Layout
  2. Under Fields, show or hide fields using toggles

Missing fields

If you're not seeing a field, it might be disabled in the data table. Exit the   Edit layout view, click   Manage fields and data -> Fields, and make sure the field is enabled.

Reorder Fields

  1. Click   Edit Layout
  2. Under Fields, drag and drop the field

Permissions

If some fields are not showing when previewing as a user, double-check your field permissions for that group of users.
