Adding Multiple Apps

Who can use this feature?

👤  Available on Plus plan and above.

Build multiple apps in the same workspace, whether this is for different departments or different clients.

How to add additional Apps

  1. Click + in your Workspace navigation
  2. Add App name
  3. Choose app icon and color
  4. Choose to make the app available to All Users or Only Me


Once the app has been created, add in a data source via App Settings or add data directly in Stacker.


App Accessibility

When creating additional apps you can choose to make this available to all users in your workspace or keep the app private.

All Users 

This options allows any users invited into your workspace as a collaborator to view the app.

Only Me

This option means the app will remain private, users invited as collaborators will not be able to access the app until they are added in manually as an administrator. 

  1. Click   App Settings
  2. Click Administrators
  3. Use the dropdown to select the user
  4. Click Add


Remove the user as administrator by clicking on the 3 dots beside their email and clicking remove from app.
