Adding Multiple Apps

Who can use this feature?

👤  Available on Plus plan and above.

Build multiple apps in the same workspace, whether this is for different departments or different clients.

How to add additional Apps

  1. Click + in your Workspace navigation
  2. Add App name
  3. Choose app icon and color

Once the app has been created, add a data source via  App Settings or add data directly in Stacker.

App Accessibility

When a new app is created all workspace collaborators can view apps.

Add Users

Setup a users table to give access to users: 

  1. Go to  Manage users
  2. Click Choose Table or add users manually

Add Administrators

Add a collaborator as an administrator to allow them to edit:

  1. Click  App Settings
  2. Click Administrators
  3. Use the dropdown to select the user
  4. Click Add


Private Apps

To keep the app private you will need to remove your current workspace collaborators from Manage Users:

  1. Open  Manage Users
  2. In the Workspace Collaborators row, select the three dots
  3. Select Remove group from app
