Adding Multiple Apps
Who can use this feature?
👤 Available on Plus plan and above.
Build multiple apps in the same workspace, whether this is for different departments or different clients.
How to add additional Apps
- Click + in your Workspace navigation
- Add App name
- Choose app icon and color
Once the app has been created, add a data source via App Settings or add data directly in Stacker.
When a new app is created all workspace collaborators can view apps.
Setup a users table to give access to users:
- Go to Manage users
- Click Choose Table or add users manually
Add a collaborator as an administrator to allow them to edit:
- Click App Settings
- Click Administrators
- Use the dropdown to select the user
- Click Add
To keep the app private you will need to remove your current workspace collaborators from Manage Users:
- Open Manage Users
- In the Workspace Collaborators row, select the three dots
- Select Remove group from app
